211 Service is Not Available

211 is coming to Colusa County!

211 Information and Referral coming to Colusa County.

211 is a free, confidential, 24/7 service that connects individuals and families to essential community resources, including housing, food assistance,
healthcare, mental health services, employment support, and more. Available nationwide, 211 helps people quickly and efficiently navigate local services, ensuring everyone can access the help they need when they need it most.

Colusa County residents can start exploring our entire community resource database online at HelpCentral.org

This database will serve as the foundation for the full 211 system once it is officially activated later this year. The website provides an easy way to search for local low-cost and no-cost programs and services.

Additionally, residents can begin using the live help textline today by texting their ZIP code to 898211 to receive information about available local resources. The live help textline hours are M-F: 7am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.

Please note that the resource database is still under development, and not all services may be listed at this time. Local organizations and service providers who would like their low-cost and no-cost programs included on HelpCentral.org are encouraged to email 211resourceteam@helpcentral.org for more information.
